After a preselection by Personnel Management, the best applications will be sent to the individual departments so that these may be compared to the job profile by experts in the department.
If we are interested in your profile, you will be invited to participate in the personal selection process. The interviews are generally conducted by personnel Management and the direct supervisor from the respective department. After a successful first interview, you will be invited to a second interview where you might be asked to complete a technical task (e.g. a brief case study). In some cases a third interview is possible.
Throughout the selection process, it is important for us to get to know your professional qualifications and your personality. In order to make a professional selection decision, it sometimes takes time to examine each application carefully. You will always receive a response as soon as possible.
If we have chosen you for the position, we will contact you per telephone to make an offer and discuss details. We will then send you the written offer and contract.
