Marketing
What does a fragrance smell like, what is its name, what should the packaging look like? In the Brand & Product team, you employ your creativity, innovative strength and strategic foresight to produce visions and strategies for our brands – always in line with the latest trends and the wishes of consumers.
In the Customer Experience& Digital team, the focus is on the end consumer. You analyse consumer behaviour and draw conclusions for an even better understanding of consumer wishes and even more targeted marketing measures.


Sales
As part of our national and international sales team, you are the central point of contact for our trading partners and distributors. Your job is to ensure that their needs are met by providing extensive product and sales knowledge.
Our goal is to bring even more fragrances made in Stolberg to customers around the world.
General operations
In our Research & Development team, you will develop innovative fragrance creations together with marketing. Your expertise in fragrance design and research is required to create high-quality products. As part of supply chain management, you coordinate the production and delivery of our products. In Production, ideas come alive and the fragrances are filled into the flacons and shipped out around the world.


Human Resources
Our employees are the key to our success and we focus on their needs in HR Management, HR Development and Employer Branding.
In HR Management, you act as the main point of contact for personnel issues. Your focus is on supporting and recruiting our employees and you work closely with Employer Branding.
In Personnel and Organisational Development, you come up with development programs, further training and support team development.
Controlling & Purchasing
Controlling is responsible for optimal planning, coordination and management. You develop tools and provide the necessary information to optimise internal processes. You help departments achieve their goals by combining departmental targets with company targets and conducting regular analyses.
In the Purchasing team, the focus is on independent project purchasing. You ensure the demand-based availability of goods at the target costs for all packaging components. The close cooperation with domestic and international suppliers contributes to the profitability of the company.
