My areas of responsibility and activity include…

the development of global brand strategies across our entire portfolio, including brand positioning. I am responsible for the ongoing brand management of our existing series as well as new product developments and facelifts. We act in coordination with license partners and create market and customer-specific concepts. We coordinate all design phases, from market and target group analysis to product and packaging development. As brand management, we are also responsible for the campaign briefings and the creatives that are created as part of campaign shoots. Always with a lot of joy and passion at work! In addition to my professional responsibilities, the further development of my employees is my top priority. Promoting and encouraging cross-departmental cooperation is also a particular concern of mine.

To me, being involved at the management level of the family-owned company Mäurer & Wirtz means…
