I look after the production areas Pre-Production, the Filling Department and the Technical Department. Production orders in these areas are managed by Supply Chain Management, which also manages logistics for delivering to customers. I am also responsible for Research & Development.

My vision is that my area of responsibility for successfully meeting current and future requirements will be adequately state of the art. However, in a family-owned company like ours, employees who are motivated to master all challenges and who maintain open communications across all departmental boundaries, geared towards a common goal, are the decisive factor.
