Mäurer & Wirtz acquires the successful fragrance license for Tom Tailor
As of 1 January 2025, Mäurer & Wirtz, one of Europe's leading fragrance manufacturers, will acquire the brand licence for Tom Tailor Fragrances from Luxess GmbH. This strategic milestone underscores our aspiration and vision to be one of the leading global fragrance manufacturers by 2030. Our targeted sales threshold of 300 million euros will be within reach from 2025. The brand effectively expands our portfolio, providing new opportunities in Germany and also strengthening our market positions across Europe, particularly in Eastern Europe.
A promising association for new standards in the fragrance market
The licence for Tom Tailor Fragrances complements Mäurer & Wirtz’s existing portfolio, which already includes successful licensed brands such as s.Oliver, Betty Barclay, and Baldessarini Fragrances. The medium-sized company is thus consolidating its leading position in the drugstore market and aims to continue the brand's successful core series and to expand them with exciting new products.
